# Recipe
1. Set oven to 450 degrees
2. Put the rice with equal parts water in a rice cooker and get that started.
3. Grab a small bowl and make the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, lemon, butter, and honey. Make sure the butter is melted, one way is to use the microwave.
4. Pour the sauce mixture onto the salmon itself in a oven-safe dish.
5. When the oven is ready, pop it in there for 10 minutes. The salmon should be 145 degrees fahrenheit.
6. Once out, peel off the skin from the salmon.
7. Grab a large mixing bowl and put in the cooked rice and salmon.
8. Put some of the remaining sauce from the oven dish into the mixing bowl. How much is really a preference.
9. Add some amount of kewpie mayo.
10. Carefully mix. You don't want to mush up the salmon. It will naturally break itself in one direction.
11. Dice up and add avocados to the mixing bowl.
Serve in a bowl (with nori) and enjoy!
