Delimit a slice:

{{ delimit $s ", " }} → "b, a, c"
{{ delimit $s ", " " and "}} → "b, a and c"

Delimit a map:

{{ $m := dict "b" 2 "a" 1 "c" 3 }}
{{ delimit $m ", " }} → "1, 2, 3"
