Delimit a slice:

```go-html-template
{{ $s := slice "b" "a" "c" }}
{{ delimit $s ", " }} → "b, a, c"
{{ delimit $s ", " " and "}} → "b, a and c"
```

Delimit a map:

The `delimit` function sorts maps by key, returning the values.
