Ingredients

• 3 Russet Potatoes
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1/4 cup of sour cream
• (Optional) Pinch of oregano

Recipe

1. Peel the skin off the potatoes.
2. Put the potatoes in a pot of water and boil for 20 minutes.
3. Drain water, Mash the potatoes with a fork.
4. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add it to the pot.
5. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the pot
6. Add sour cream to pot, stir quickly.
7. Add oregano
