Weirdly, `command -v true` returns `true` instead of `/usr/bin/true`.

Fix detecting completions support on OpenBSD
The non-extended regex pattern didn't work on OpenBSD so this switches
grep to extended pattern mode that seems to work consistenty on all
systems.
