e3c1854eb4 Upgrade build-scripts to 3.4.0

ef0d9c5afc Update logger, metrics, and redis client 
Also fix acceptance tests, broken by a change in behaviour of the redis client.
It now returns a promise from most operations. This interferes with how mocha
handles callbacks in `before` blocks.
