6e551f9b34 [perf] use MGET/MSET/DEL for manipulating multiple keys in one operation 
In some cases we can get rid of MULTI/EXEC operations too.
- putDocInMemory: from 10 down to 2 operations
- removeDocFromMemory: from 14+4 down to 4+4 operations
- updateDoc: from 13 down to 8 operations

178440395f [perf] switch write sequence for doc contents and doc tracking 
Doc contents are added only after the tracking has been setup.
All read paths on the tracking have been checked to gracefully handle
 the case of existing doc_id but missing doc contents.

- getDoc: -1 operation

8bbeee0f8d Strip token from blob URLs when using cache 
Blob URLs coming from web may now contain a token for authentication
with history v1. This token will change every request, which makes the
URL not suitable as a cache key. Removing the token fixes that.

2430d5fe1d Handle errors from the history service 
If the history service returns a non-success status code when we request

This clarifies the exact way to construct this request. It seems that
some users have taken the existing documentation to mean that the
request should be sent from the browser, to the web server. This example
clarifies how to send this compile request directly to the clsi server.

8a8a830ad3 [misc] simplify mongodb collection access using a shared db construct 
Resolve the getCollection Promises once and store the result in a shared
 `db` object which can get imported by all the call-sites.

The http server is starting only after a Promise of `waitForDb()`
 resolves. This covers the app code and the acceptance tests.
