Refactor archive support with libarchive (#949)

* Refactor archive support with libarchive

* Revert string resource changs

* Only mark archive formats as supported

Comic book archives should not be compressed.

* Fixup

* Remove epub from archive format list

* Move to mihon package

* Format

* Cleanup
