Anthony Fok 088d46a804 parser.FormatSanitize() MetaDataFormat for date too 
So that the date would come out correctly with
variations like `MetaDataFormat = "YAML"` in addition to
the normally expected `MetaDataFormat = "yaml"`.

Fixes #865.
