Fix fragments being AbsUrlified in final html
Found that fragments were getting the BaseURL applied creating a proper
anchor url and redirecting off the page.

Fix parsing edge case of frontmatter
When the frontmatter contains a - (or other delimiter) close to the
closing frontmatter delimiter, frontmatter detection would fail.
