Nate Finch	a31edb3388	Support subdir in baseurl. ... Mainly this was a change to helpers.MakePermalink, but to get the local server to run correctly, we needed to redirect the path of the request from /foo to /. Noah Campbell	9500ec1b6b	Refactor layout selection code ... The render code path would use a fallback if there was an exception.
