Delimit a slice:

```go-html-template
{{ $s := slice "b" "a" "c" }}
{{ delimit $s ", " }} → b, a, c
{{ delimit $s ", " " and "}} → b, a and c
```

Delimit a map:

The `delimit` function sorts maps by key, returning the values.

{{ delimit $m ", " }} → 1, 2, 3
