+- 1/2 yellow onion
+- 1/2 green bell pepper
+- 1/2 red bell pepper
+- 24 oz beef broth
+- 1 can diced tomatoes
+- 2 ounces cream cheese
+- 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
+- 1 cup cheddar cheese
+- 1 tablespoon chili powder
+- 1 tablespoon cumin
+- 2 teaspoons onion powder
+- 3 teaspoons oregano
+- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
+- 1 teapoon paprika
+- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
