+## Ingredients
+- 3 Russet Potatoes
+- 2 tablespoons of butter
+- 1/2 cup of milk
+- 1/4 cup of sour cream
+- (Optional) Pinch of oregano

+## Recipe

+1. Peel the skin off the potatoes.
+2. Put the potatoes in a pot of water and boil for 20 minutes.
+3. Drain water, Mash the potatoes with a fork.
+4. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add it to the pot.
+5. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the pot
+6. Add sour cream to pot, stir quickly.
