| #### Bake sweet potatoes | ||||

| 1. Preheat oven to 400°F  | ||||
| 2. Poke holes with fork into 1 large or 2 small sweet potatoes. | ||||
| 3. Wrap in aluminum foil. | ||||
| 4. Bake sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes. | ||||

| 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. | ||||
| 2. Mash the baked sweet potatoes and put them in a bowl (you should have about 1 cup of  mashed sweet potatoes). | ||||
| 3. In a smaller bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt,  allspice, ginger, and cloves and stir into the sweet potatoes. | ||||
| 4. Add in one lightly beaten egg. | ||||
| 5. Pour into a greased oven-safe ramekin. | ||||
| 6. Top with pecans, place ramekin on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. | ||||
