1. Put egg in pot.
2. Fill pot with water until eggs are covered.
3. Bring pot to a rolling boil.
4. Turn off heat, cover, and wait 10 minutes.
5. Drain and replace with cold water.
6. Once eggs are cooled, peel the shell.
