+- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
+- 1/2 yellow onion diced
+- 1 green pepper, diced
+- 1 1/2 cup of rice
+- 1 can of tomatos (undraied)
+- 1 3/4 cup of chicken broth
+- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
+- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
+- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
+- 1/4 tablespoon salt
+- 1 teaspoon cayenne
+- Sprinkle of sugar

+## Recipe

+1. Add oil, set instant pot to sautee. Sautee onion and pepper.
+2. Add rice to pot with tomatoes, broth, and spices
+3. Cook using high manual pressure cook for 5 minutes. Additionally let the natural release occur for 5 minutes
