<p><span class="h-card"><a href="https://fosstodon.org/@weex" class="u-url mention">@<span>weex</span></a></span> I agree with your statement on creativity, people often mistake constraints for the objective.</p><p>Though I do believe constraints are necessary as well. Otherwise we can struggle from the &quot;blank canvas&quot; problem.</p><p>I am not fully read on the Pomodoro technique but I imagine that those timers serve as a necessary constraint to help motivate people to work on their true objectives.</p>
